At FUEL Strength and Wellness Studio, we do things differently. You won’t find any leader boards or WODs here. There’s not a treadmill in sight. We create a strength and wellness program unique to each and every client, based on your goals, because we know that every body is not your body. Your success is our goal, and we are there to make sure you are safe and confident every step of the way.

At FUEL, safety is our top priority—but it’s not the first thing you’ll notice when you walk in.
What you’ll see is a couple sweaty people laughing over the belt squat machine, a few chatting about their weekend plans between sets, maybe even someone singing along to the music. By preparing training programs unique to each client, we have taken the competitive pressure out of your workout. We cultivate a supportive atmosphere where you can focus on your own individual goals without the intimidation.
We are here for more than just weight spotting and encouragement—we coach clients through every workout session for proper form and challenging intensity levels. The health and safety of our clients in the gym is key to the consistency that yields results.

At FUEL, we are here to make sure nothing gets in the way of your goals, which is why each client begins with orthopedic and functional testing to identify current and potential areas of concern. Posture and movement, body composition, and physiological load assessments all help to create the comprehensive picture that allows us to build the best fitness program for you.
We regularly collaborate with a wide range of health professionals to collect as much information as possible about a client’s needs, so that we can help you move forward on your fitness journey pain-free, no matter what injuries have held you back in the past.

We believe that we’re all in this together—but camaraderie is all you’ll share with the other clients on your workout schedule. Your training circuit is entirely your own, and we take your success personally.
