At FUEL Strength & Wellness Studio, we utilize a variety of assessments to develop scientific programs to help you accomplish your health and fitness goals. Each workout is custom designed for the client and equally effective regardless of gender, fitness level or experience. Our trainers expertly modify exercises, scale weight loads and demonstrate alternative moves that vary in intensity, providing everyone a challenging yet attainable workout.

HOW IT WORKS
We will go over your goal setting, training history and current nutritional status. This essential first step helps us develop a plan that you won’t plateau on and ensures you will consistently make progress.
We perform our Bio Signature Assessment to identify any hormonal roadblocks as well as things unique to you such as: your body’s ability to manage carbohydrates, your detoxification quality, and much more. This also gives us your current body fat level which is needed in the design of your plan.
We conduct orthopedic assessments and movement screens. This gives detailed information on what your body needs to move well, feel better and, more importantly, what keeps you safe from injury. We take this data and design your plan for you to use in the studio, your current gym or at home.
You meet with your professional fitness coach to go over the hows and whys of your plan, which can include nutritional needs, mobilizations and stretches, as well as the fitness portion of your plan.
