For damaged or defective products, please email gherr1@icloud.com with a picture of the damaged/defective product and a description of the issue. Please include the order number, date received, and any other information to explain the nature of the issue, as well as whether you prefer a refund or replacement. Email must be received within 7 days of receipt of product. We may contact you to ask additional questions and to arrange the return of your product if needed
